All orders sent by Fluffy Collective are insured against theft an accidental damage until receipt of shipment.

When placing your order, please ensure correct billing and shipping address details, as we are unable to redirect later on.

Shipping costs will be applied based on location and order specifics upon check out.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your shipping details. Please note it can take a few hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

 

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your order.

The return of perfums, shampoos, sprays, gift cards and sale items is excluded.

Returns

If you wish to return your order or selected items, please read our return policy carefully to ensure a return procedure as smoothly as possible.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: if you have received also a gift with purchase with the product(s) you would like to return and if the return value falls below the minimum order amount required to access the promotion, the free-of-charge gift must also be returned. 

Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

How to return your item(s)

If you wish to return a product, please contact us via mail - hellofluffy@fluffycollective.com. Please include the reason for your return and add pictures of the product(s) and/or box, if damaged.

Please wait for the return authorization, which you will receive via email. Put this inside the box for return. Please note, we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any return paperwork.

The individual is responsible to cover shipping costs for returns.

For any damaged items due to shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will assist you to get this problem solved as soon as possible.

Refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn’t arrive in its original packaging and/or shows signs of use or wear.

Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. In this instance, you may choose to have the item sent back at your own expense. 

We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note, the original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

Refunds can take up to 10-14 working days to show up on your account varying on the payment provider.
